The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Moreover, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities and even a balcony to enjoy the city views. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that breakfast was included in the price, making it a convenient and value-for-money option.

Other amenities such as free wifi, comfy beds and hot showers guarantee a great and carefree stay.

One aspect to be aware of is the occasional power cut, which might affect the afternoons during Nepal's 13-hour power cut.

The rooms were well-appointed with modern decor and the hotel provided free wifi and 24-hour hot water, which was great. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, there were convenient amenities within the hotel building itself, such as an ATM, money exchange, spa. Breakfast, served on the 5th floor restaurant, offered a choice from a menu, with the special breakfast being highly recommended. What really impressed me was that in the evenings, the restaurant turned into a club with live music, creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The hotel was located in a prime area which was really helpful for us to explore the city. The staff were warm and friendly and made us feel at ease. The hotel provided complimentary toiletries which was a plus.

The rooms were a bit small and stuffy. The towels were not changed daily.

The hotel is situated in a busy area with loud noises that can disturb your night's sleep. the rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear noise from the corridors and other rooms.

I loved the central location of the hotel. It is close to everything that Thamel has to offer, including the market and restaurants. The staff was excellent and always available to help. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, and the shower area was fantastic. The hotel facilities were convenient, including the available parking and transportation.
